If a system gets in your way, or you can see a better way of doing something, tell us. You do not need to know how to build it.

Every idea is scored against the same four things — return on investment, risk and security, efficiency, and company strategy — then placed on the roadmap as now, next or later. You will be told where yours landed, including if the answer is no.

This is for IT topics. For an idea about how your own department works, take it to your manager — it will get further, faster.
